This is a GTA 5 guide and walkthrough for the mission called \”Breach of Contract\”.

Availability: This mission is available for Trevor.

Location: After you complete the Surreal Estate side mission, this mission will become available. Head back to the estate in Rockford hills where you previously set it on fire. Josh will accuse Trevor of starting the fire and call the police. To complete the mission with 100% accuracy, you must shoot Josh (as shown in the screenshot above). You should also deal with the police, as they will respond with force if not.

The police car: Quickly run to the police car parked near the villa (Police Cruiser). Get in the car and start escaping. A three-star pursuit will follow, so make sure to get far away from the site. Find a tunnel or underground parking lot to lose the police helicopter and evade regular police units.

Rewards for completing the mission: None

Requirements for completing the mission with 100% accuracy:

  • Dirty Rat – You must kill Josh
  • Hot Pursuit – You must escape in the police car
