Return to Stormhill Shack, talk to the woman again, and she will move to the Table of Lost Grace. Ask the blacksmith about Roderika, exhaust all dialogue options, and then talk to Roderika, telling her what the blacksmith said. After resting at a Site of Grace, Roderika will move to the corridor where the blacksmith is, and she can now upgrade the ashes to increase the stats of summoned allies.
