This guide will help you navigate through the process of buying a house in GTA 5.

There are two options available for purchasing a house: browsing the Dynasty 8 website or finding a Dynasty 8 sign while exploring the city.

Real estate agency

To browse the Dynasty 8 website, go to the Money and Services tab and select it. You can buy both houses and garages from the website. There is a map that shows all the properties currently for sale. If you find an interesting offer, click on the marker on the map and select Click for details. This will take you to the estate\’s description page where you have three options.

• Get Directions – this will put a route to the estate on your GPS
• Purchase Property – if you have enough money, you can become the owner of the house or apartment
• Return to Map – if the selected offer doesn\’t meet your expectations or you can\’t afford it, go back to the previous screen to look for something else

Dynasty 8 sign

If you happen to come across a Dynasty 8 sign while exploring Los Santos and Blaine County and you like the property next to it, you can purchase it by approaching the sign and pressing a button.
