Relics and hilts

Relics are a new addition to the God of War series. Kratos can equip them to gain unique powers in battle. In God of War Ragnarok, there are 14 different Relics, each with its own distinct power.

Mystical Heirloom

Mystical Heirloom is a collectible item that can only be obtained after completing the 10th story mission (Forging Destiny). To find it, return to Midgard with the Draupnir Spear and locate a glowing ice block in the southern part of Lake of Nine. Destroy the ice block to reveal the relic, which can be found next to a dwarf corpse and a Receipt of Purchase scroll.

Mystical Heirloom is unique in that it cannot be upgraded and does not offer any battle value. Its primary use is to summon secret mini-bosses found in various regions, which drop rare crafting components necessary to upgrade other gear.

Hilt of Gram

Hilt of Dainsleif

The Hilt of Dainsleif is associated with The Lost Pages side activity. To craft it, you need a scroll found in The Elven Sanctum of The Forbidden Sands region in Alfheim.

The remaining components needed to craft Hilt of Dainsleif can be obtained by defeating Ormstunga, a mini-boss appearing during The Lost Treasure Favour. Once you have all the components, travel to the nearest dwarven store to craft the relic.

Forsbrandr\’s Hilt

Forsbrandr\’s Hilt is obtained after completing the Eyes of Odin Favour, which involves hunting all 48 ravens.

When used, this relic pushes back enemies while providing Kratos with a protective aura.

Skofnung\’s Hilt
