Altar #20 can be found at the end of a small cave near Dry Steppes.

The Dry Steppes in Diablo 4 have a number of Altars of Lilith to discover. Altar #22 is located at the end of a dead end street near Tuusma Rift. Altar #33 can be found near the path leading to Jakha Basin and is hidden behind a tree. Altar #27 is located near the Onyx Watchtower and is situated at the end of the road, at the edge of a rock. The Onyx Watchtower itself contains one Altar, Altar #26, which is in a small cave in the south-eastern part of the tower. Hambatar Ridge has three Altars to discover; Altar #23 is located near the northern border of Dry Steppes, Altar #24 is in a narrow recess near the flowing lava and Altar #25 can be found near the round building where the main quest Whispers from the Past is located. Jakha Basin also has three Altars to discover; Altar #12 is just off the path leading to Khargai Crags and is in a wooden building, Altar #14 is near the path leading to Untamed Scarps and can be found by a rock in a location with a tent and several torches, and Altar #15 is right next to the passage to the Accursed Wastes and is situated on a rocky hill. The Accursed Wastes itself has two Altars to discover; Altar #16 is located right next to the Dusty Mineshaft cellar, near the passage to Jakha Basin, and Altar #17 can be found near the world boss arena, but is blocked by a rock. Finally, Qara Yisu Stronghold contains one Altar, Altar #18, which is located at the edge of the location and can be reached by getting through several platform sections.

Untamed Scarps

Altar of Lilith #8, #11, #10, and #13 can be found in the Untamed Scarps area in Diablo 4. The locations are marked on the interactive map.

There are four altars in total to be discovered in Untamed Scarps.

Altar #13 is hidden behind a tree near the Marauder\’s Hideout cellar.

Altar #10 is hidden behind a tree near the Sealed Archives dungeon.
