After encountering some drowners at level 15, players should turn right on the first fork and climb a rock. From there, walk to the edge and jump onto another rock. Check the skeleton to acquire the Ursine Crossbow schematic, which has stats including damage of 10-12, armor piercing of +10, and attack power of +210%.

The Ursine Silver Sword can be found in Skellige, specifically at Kaer Trolde, at the end of the path leading north from Rogne.
