This puzzle can be solved during your second visit to The Slums, which is stage 6 and begins after returning from the Rooftops.

During your second visit, follow Momo until you reach Seamus\’ apartment. Momo will reveal a small hole in the wall for you to crawl through.

In the apartment, speak with Seamus and show him Doc\’s Notebook from your inventory. Then begin searching the apartment and solving the puzzle.

Jump onto the table with four pictures hanging next to it. You can interact with each picture to drop them one by one. The first picture on the left conceals the keypad used to enter the code.
