Location: In order to participate in the illegal car races, you must first meet with Hao, who can be found at night in the alley south of Simeon Yetarian\’s car showroom (as shown in the above screen). Speak with the driver to learn about the possibility of taking part in a nighttime race.

Starting point of the race

Prior to beginning the race, you will need to acquire a car. Since the first race is relatively easy, you can use Franklin\’s personal car, a Bravado Buffalo. However, if you have access to a better car, it is recommended that you use it. Once you have a car, head to the starting point of the race.

Use Franklin\’s time-slowing skill frequently

The race consists of two laps, and in order to complete the mission, you must win the race. Remember to use Franklin\’s skill to safely maneuver through sharp turns, and try to avoid colliding with other racers, civilian cars, and obstacles in the environment as much as possible.

Rewards for completing the mission:

  • 200 dollars
  • Unlocking of illicit nighttime car races

Requirements for completing the mission with 100%:

  • Fastest Lap – Complete one lap within 1 minute and 20 seconds
  • Underdog – Complete the race within 2 minutes and 50 seconds
  • Clean Race – Cause no more than 5 collisions during the race. To limit the number of incidents, use Franklin\’s time-slowing skill frequently.
