Path through The Swamp

Proceed straight and pass the left-side house. The river doesn\’t have many forks, but the thick mist might cause you to lose your direction and go in circles.

If you come across water lilies, it means you\’re headed in the right direction. However, if you see white symbols on tree roots, turn back and search for another way.

After a while, torches become your guideposts. Follow the path marked by torches and search for new ones in the distance.

Swimming past alligators

If you encounter alligators, turn back and go towards the torch. Turn left and approach the platform you encountered.

You\’ll disembark from the boat with Watson. When you reach a tree near the torches, talk to your aide. Your task is to shoot down 3 bodies from the spots marked on the screen.

The alligators will start to devour the bodies, allowing you to pass them safely. Return to the boat and continue your journey until you reach the next jetty.

As you reach the island, go forward and turn right. You\’ll encounter some Concentration Mode traces on the ground. Follow the path until you find the camp.

Unlocking all Imagination Mode scenes on the island

Activate Concentration Mode and examine the traces near the campfire. Scan the area and check out 2 bodies and traces near one of the wooden poles.

Go forward and examine more footprints on the ground and wooden poles.

Approach the axe and examine the blade and rope on the ground.

1. Shirt with initials EA and clothes on the right.
2. Food scraps and hay on the right at the cage.

Check out the footprints near the stone and examine them.

The clues to solve the mystery are blood, footprint, and scratches on the ground. To investigate, approach the altar where handprints and blood traces can be examined in Concentration Mode. There are also dishes and a knife to be examined. At the stone door, traces on the ground and blood can be found on both sides. Return to the campfire and investigate a cut rope and blood stain on one of the wooden piles.

To correctly set scenes in Imagination Mode, approach the cages and set the scene with Arneston on a wooden pole. Then, approach the campfire and set the scene with a person cutting the rope on Arneson\’s leg. At the altar, set the scene with a person dousing Arneson with blood. Finally, at the stone alcove, set the scene with Arneson and a second individual placing the element into the hole. Once all scenes are ready, the reconstruction of events can be watched.

To find the key to the cave, pin the Arneson\’s Path evidence to the screen and approach the plant near the cages where a bloodied statue can be found. Place the statue in the stone alcove and enter the cave.
