Clue collecting in Hell\’s Door

After getting the key from Watson, turn right and enter the classroom. Examine the writing on the blackboard and collect the item from the table next to it.

In Concentration Mode, examine the following items on the bench:

  1. a page,
  2. a chain under the bench.


Leave the classroom and continue down the corridor. Enter the door on the left and check the well for:

  1. an axe,
  2. well contents.

Return to the corridor and continue through the next door. In the office, check out the desk:

  1. a piece of paper sticking out of a book,
  2. a letter,
  3. the key under the letter.

Look at the next desk for notes and a gramophone. If you took the item from the classroom earlier, you can listen to the recording.

Go through the next door and check out the area by the chair for:

  1. a mechanism on the left,
  2. chair straps.

Finally, examine the body of a small bird on the table next to the board and go through the final door.

Watch the cut-scene and go back to the office. Wait for the elevator to descend and use it to ride up.

In director Gygax\’s office, pick up the doll from the desk. Look at the director\’s body and examine:

  1. a knife in the eye,
  2. her clothing,
  3. clothing on the right side.

Mind Palace

After examining Director Gygax\’s body, enter the Mind Palace and choose the following answers to the question \”Where does the evidence lead next?\”:

  1. a hand-written letter,
  2. a telegram from New Orleans,
  3. a letter from New Orleans Bank.

You can now talk to Watson and finish Chapter 3.
