You can play the mission as any of the three protagonists. Watch the cutscene and switch to Michael. Drive to the Cypress Flats district in the North-West and park the trash truck to block the road as shown in the screenshot.

Switch to Franklin and drive the tow truck towards the armored vehicle stopped by the trash truck. Slam into the van as hard as you can.

Get out of the truck, approach the back of the tipped armored van, select Sticky Bombs from your inventory, and stick one bomb to the back gate. Detonate it, and wait for Michael to collect the loot while aiming at the guards.

The most challenging and exciting part of this mission is fighting back the police until you eliminate most of them.
