This guide will help you with the Rude Awakening quest in Assassin\’s Creed Valhalla.

After Sigurd\’s return to Fornburg, Eivor gains a new ally in his quest to defeat Kjotve. The siblings team up to cause chaos in Kjotve\’s land and force them to fight.

Eivor is woken up by one of Kjotve\’s spies. Follow the spy and take him out quietly with your Hidden Blade if you want to avoid a fight.

The next step is to eliminate all of Kjotve\’s spies in the area. The two spies in the small camp can be taken out silently.

Whistle to get the attention of the soldier standing by the tent and finish him off with one Hidden Blade attack. The second target can be eliminated with an air assassination.

Tell Sigurd that you have taken care of the spies and he will be located on the coast with his father, Basim and Hytham.

Pillage Kjotve\’s supplies

Join Sigurd and Basim to take supplies from Kjotve\’s warriors on the island located further from Fornburg.

You can sail yourself or use the automatic pilot option to reach the island.

Find and burn the supply wagons

In this raid, you will be accompanied by many warriors who will help you complete the task. Look out for red jugs containing flammable substance and avoid getting set on fire.

Your objective is to locate and burn multiple supply carts, which are situated on both sides of the village and near the entrance to the cave. Each cart is defended by at least two warriors.

You can use a torch to set the carts ablaze. Additionally, your companions are capable of using torches as well.

Once you have burned the final cart, you will observe that other Drakarras are arriving on the island. Proceed to the shore and converse with the incoming individuals – Guthrom and King Harald. This conversation serves as the conclusion to this quest, and you will earn 3,400 XP as a reward.

The next main quest in Assassin\’s Creed Valhalla commences in an entirely different location. Thus, if you have any unfinished tasks in Nottfall or wish to scavenge the region for supplies, it is advisable to do so now rather than returning later.
