To find the ingredient, read the note in your inventory\’s story items section. This gives a clue about where to locate it.

Travel to Utangard Chams and climb to the mountain\’s summit. If you have already discovered the synchronization point, fast travel to that location.

The necessary ingredient is on the rock shelf beneath the synchronization point. Use a torch to set fire to the area surrounding the mountain root.

After the fire has burned out, pick up the root and drop it into the water from the spot in the image above.
