AC Valhalla Wrath of the Druids: Potion of Blood

This walkthrough is for the main quest, Potion of Blood, in Assassin\’s Creed Valhalla Wrath of the Druids.

In this quest, Eivor and Ciara go on a mission to find an antidote for Flann\’s army, which has been poisoned. The reward for completing the quest is 3,400 XP.

Speak to Barid

Barid has been accused of treason by Flann\’s army, which has been weakened by poisoning. Eivor and Ciara promise to find an antidote for the army.

Follow Ciara

Ciara knows how to help the army, but they need to find Deirdre, her druid friend. Ciara also talks about the Children of Danu cult on the way.

Find and speak to Deidre

Deidre\’s hut is in the forest, and they need to follow the runestones to reach her. Ciara reveals that each member of the Children of Danu has a special amber shard that they need to create the antidote. Deidre knows the identity of one of the members, and they need to find and eliminate them to get the amber.

Find and kill The Wren

They need to find two clues to unmask The Wren, a member of the Children of Danu, before eliminating them.

Assassinating the Wren

The Wren is hiding in Rathcroghan. The cult members are marked with a yellow icon. Be cautious as there are hostile guards in the town.

The Wren can be accompanied by guards, so be prepared for a fight.

Deliver the amber fragment to Deidre

Head back to Deidre and give her the amber fragment. She will promptly start making the cure for Flann\’s troops. While talking to her, you will find out that The Wren had a message that discloses the identity of the mastermind behind the murder plot – someone who goes by the name of The Cursed. The Potion of Blood mission will conclude, and you will obtain 3,400 XP.
