AC Odyssey: Enigmatic Ostraka in Elis

Our Assassin\’s Creed Odyssey guide has a section that provides a list of all Enigmatic Ostrakons (Ainigmata Ostraka) found in the Elis region. Each Ostrakon has a verbal riddle that needs to be solved. This section also includes a walkthrough for the Prophecy Prevention and Centaur Field puzzles.

Prophecy Prevention

The Ainigmata Ostraka can be found in the ruins of Spring of Piera, located in the central part of Elis on the Forgotten Swamps. Once you find the ruins, look for the entrance to the cave shown in picture 2. It is above the main part of the ruins, and the eagle can help you find it.

After entering the cave, you need to swim through a large part underwater. At the end of the cave, look for the passage shown in picture 1 to reach a new area with two bears, one of which is an alpha male. Kill them and investigate their lair to find the tablet.

To solve the riddle, head towards the Valley of Olympia and climb the hill located northeast of the Olympic village, as shown in the picture. The statue of Kronos on the hill is your destination.

Climb on the statue and look for the interactive area on the right wing of the statue.

Centaur Field

The Ainigmata Ostraka can be found on the first floor of the Temple of Hades, located in the western part of Elis.

To solve the riddle, head to the small water reservoir in the Plains of Flax subregion shown in picture 1. Here you will find the first statue of a centaur. Each newly found statue faces the next one.

If you prefer to solve the riddle as soon as possible, go straight to the unmarked cave shown in the picture. It is located in the eastern part of the Plains of Flax subregion, south-east of the Dryad\’s Camp. At the entrance of the small cave, you will find the last stone centaur.
