First Do No Harm

Search for Hippokrates – go to Argolis. You will find Sostratos – talk to him. He will ask you to deliver some tools to Hippokrates. Rewards: 11,625 XP.

The Doctor Will See You Now

Visit the Tiryns Stronghold. You have to sneak into the area to meet the doctor and talk to Dimas. You have a choice – you can wait for Dimas (Hippokrates\’ patient will die) to take care of the sick, force him to go (Dymas\’ patient will die), or bribe someone, which will result in the best outcome – both patients will survive. After that, go to Hippokrates – talk to him and the mission will end. Reward: +9300 XP.

The Priests of Asklepios

Go to the priests. Each priest will give you a specific mission, which we have described below.

Enough is Enough

This task is simple – you need to enter the temple and kill a few snakes. Then return to the priest and you will receive +6975 XP.

Written in Stone

In this mission, you must follow the priest and listen to his stories. Finally, you will decide to meet by the olive tree, not far from the temple. On the spot, you will find a man\’s corpse and become the target of an ambush. Defeat your enemies and complete the mission. Reward: +9300 XP.

A Heart for a Head

In this mission, you need to find a sacred bull and bring it to a priest. On the spot, you will only find the animal\’s carcass – approach it and remove its heart. Return to the man and tell him everything. You can now choose who to pray for most – the farmer, a wealthy woman, or a girl. The choice doesn\’t matter much – the mission will end and you will gain +9300 XP.

Speak no Evil

It\’s time to interrogate Mydon, a silent priest. Go to the location, sneak into his chambers, and you will see him having a romantic moment with a slave woman. Speak with the couple and you will learn more about the main character\’s mother\’s past. After the conversation, the mission will end. You will receive +7500 XP.

Ashes to Ashes

In order to get Chrysis, you must first locate a solitary altar in the forest, where you will hear the screams of a child. Follow the noise to reach the temple. Eliminate the cultists outside of the building and proceed inside to meet Chrysis. She will execute a cunning and brutal maneuver, presenting you with a difficult and significant decision.

  1. You can rescue the child by taking it and escaping, which will result in Chrysis fleeing. This unlocks an additional side quest where you can later pursue the Kosmos cultists in the game.
  2. You can disregard the child, leaving it to perish in the flames and killing the woman. This will allow you to reach Chrysis more quickly, but at the cost of sacrificing an infant and locking one of the side quests.

After making your choice, the quest will conclude. Depending on your previous decision, you will receive either 10,000 XP or 12,500 XP.
